Our wound care team includes:

• A wound care physician who visits our facility every Monday to evaluate and manage complex wound cases, and to address any additional needs.

• A nurse practitioner who follows up every Wednesday to monitor healing progress and to consult with the physician to adjust any treatment plans as needed.

 

This coordinated approach ensures consistent, physician-led care and better outcomes for residents with chronic, surgical, or pressure wounds. By bringing wound care experts directly into our facility, we eliminate the need for off-site appointments and help residents stay comfortable and on track with their recovery.
