Bruce has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business & Finance from Indiana University. He has served as a Healthcare Administrator from 1971-1986. Bruce is the Former Trustee at the University of Southern Indiana and received an Honorary Doctorate Degree from USI in 2008.

Medical Director

Dr. Harvey graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine and is a board certified family physician with the American Board of Family Medicine.

He has a private practice, located in Newburgh, Indiana at 8077 Rosehill Drive and specializes in family medicine.

Admissions & Marketing Coordinator

Kim Phillips has 40 years experience working admissions and marketing in the long-term-care setting.

Creative Media Director

Rebecca graduated from the Southern Illinois University of Carbondale with a Bachelors degree in Recreation Therapy. While at the University she also studied Cinema & Photography. She has had 20 years experience working in long-term care as an Activities Director.

Sarah graduated from the University of Indiana with a degree in Occupational Therapy in 2004. Sarah specializes in geriatric rehab and has extensive experience in long-term care.

Suzanne Weigel

Suzanne graduated from the University of Evansville with a degree in Gerontology and from the University of Southern Indiana with a degree in Social Work.

She received her Nursing Home Administrators License at Brown County Health and Living Community in 1989, and her LPN license in 2000. She has over 30 years of long-term care experience.

Director of Nursing

Kitty graduated from the University of Evansville School of Nursing in 1988. She also holds a minor in Gerontology and has a long background in Cardiac/Intensive Care Nursing and Long-Term Care.

Kitty has served as a Nursing Consultant for multiple facilities.

Business Office Manager

Tajana has 30 years experience working in long-term care, specializing in Medical Records, Accounts Payable/Payroll Management, and in Business Office Management.

Danielle Hillenbrand

Danielle Hillenbrand

Payroll/Human Resources Director

Dani has 18 years experience working in long-term care. She started out doing direct care as a CNA. She has also worked as a Staff Scheduler, Central Supply, Receptionist, and Accounts Payable Manager all all while being cross trained in HR for years before taking over the department.

Anna Jacobs

Social Services Director

Anna graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Gerontology. She has a background in working with children, families, and the elderly in a variety of settings. Anna enjoys building relationships with the nursing facility residents and advocating to ensure they receive the care they need.

Emily Diedrich

Emily has been a Healthcare Administrator for 31 years, as well as a Regional Director of Operations, whereby she managed multiple health care centers. She began her career in 1992 graduating from Indiana University, Bloomington, with a degree in Healthcare Administration and specialty in Geriatrics. She has run many LTC facilities, as well as Assisted Living communities. Emily understands the importance of quality care, communication and the family atmosphere and considers serving you and your family not only a profession, but a calling.

Assistant Director of Nursing

Dee graduated from the University of Southern Indiana and IVY Tech in 2003 with an Associates in Science. She has been a practicing Registered Nurse for 21 years. Dee spent her early years in the Cardiac ICU. The last seven years she's found her passion working in long-term care. Dee has the desire to serve and make a difference in the lives of those she's been charged with caring for!

Kamila graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a degree in Health Services with a Long-Term Care Administration Specialty. As a dedicated care provider to older adults for over a decade, Kamila possesses a wealth of experience and knowledge when it comes to providing meaningful and life-enriching activities to the elderly.

Teresa Hogg

Staff Development Coordinator

Teresa is an LPN who graduated from John A Logan College in 2023. She has over 25 years of long-term care experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Qualified Medication Aid. Theresa graduated from Ivy Tech Community College in 2009 with an Associate of Applied Science in Visual Communications with a specialty in Photography.

Ebony Schweikarth

Receptionist/Central Supply

Ebony enjoys working with people, and her personality and professionalism is unmatched. She never meets a stranger! Ebony began her employement career working as a direct care staff member at the Youth Care Center in Evansville, where she remained for nine years. After moving to Newburgh, she decided to transition into long-term-care. When she began working for Newburgh Healthcare, she was hired as the Manager of Centeral Supply, which she continues to oversee. She has since additionally accepted the position as Receptionist, becoming the "face" of Newburgh Healthcare, where she says her heart is!
